Mantwa is a seasoned natural scientist with 16 years’ expertise in natural and environmental science project permitting, and business development, primarily within the built infrastructure and renewable energy sectors. She Heads Sustainability at Enel Green Power SA, Mantwa’s journey began as a Permitting Lead followed by a Business Developer role within EGP. She’s been involved in scouting opportunities in the market, overseeing environmental licensing and permitting for renewable energy projects from inception to operation. With a strong passion for the renewable energy and power markets, she is known for her self-motivation, results-oriented approach, and adaptability to evolving energy landscape. She has leadership skills as demonstrated in her chairmanship of SAWEA’s Land-use Working Group and board membership in the Greater Kromme Trust Stewardship Programme. Mantwa has played a key role in competitive bidding processes, financial close, and construction support. Her experience and expertise makes her an asset in navigating the complexities of project development and time-to-market considerations.
