Adv. Mtho Xulu holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA). His areas of specialization include Commercial Law and Corporate Governance. After completing his LLB degree, Adv. Xulu was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa in 2011. As a National Business leader, he holds the following positions: Governing Committee member of the South African Photovoltaic Industry Association (SAPVIA), CEO of Nashua Mpumalanga Group, President of the South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SACCI), Member of the Institute of Directors in South Africa (loDSA), Chairman of the BRICS Business Council Trade and Investment Working Group, Board member of Bombela Concession Company, the current concessionaire of the Gautrain and Council member of the South African Statistics Council. He is a former Board member of the Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA), former Board member of Business Unity South Africa (BUSA).
